General Terms and Conditions of Service (GTS)

1. Preamble

These conditions govern the transportation services provided by TPMR Maroc SARL, a licensed transport provider registered in the Trade Register of Agadir under No. 64001 and holding Transport License No. 2893/TOUR/2025.

By booking a transfer or tour, the customer (passenger) accepts these terms in their entirety.

2. Nature of Services

TPMR Maroc SARL provides tourist transportation services, including but not limited to:

  • Airport transfers.
  • Private chauffeur services.
  • Inter-city transfers.
  • Organized tourist excursions.

3. Pricing and Secure Payment

  • Currency: All rates are quoted in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and include VAT and highway tolls, unless otherwise specified.
  • Payment via Visa/MasterCard: Payments are processed through the secure CMI platform. The booking is confirmed only once the payment has been successfully authorized.
  • Included in the price: Driver service, fuel, and passenger insurance.
  • Not included: Tips, entrance fees to monuments, or meals, unless explicitly stated in the tour description.

4. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Upon successful payment by Visa or MasterCard, the customer will receive a booking voucher by email. This voucher must be presented to the driver, digitally or in printed form, at the start of the service.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Because these are leisure and transportation services provided on fixed dates, the right of withdrawal under Law 31-08 is adapted as follows:

  • Cancellation more than 14 days before the service: full refund, minus any bank processing fees.
  • Cancellation 14 to 7 days before the service: 50% refund.
  • Cancellation less than 48 hours before the service, or a no-show: no refund will be issued.
  • Refund process: Refunds for credit-card payments will be credited directly to the Visa or MasterCard used for the original transaction.

6. Passenger Responsibilities and Safety

  • Punctuality: For airport pickups, the driver will wait for a maximum of [60] minutes after the flight lands, after which a surcharge may be charged. For other transfers, the waiting time is [15] minutes.
  • Conduct: We reserve the right to refuse transportation to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose behavior poses a threat to the driver or the vehicle.
  • Luggage: The customer is responsible for ensuring that their luggage fits within the capacity of the vehicle selected during booking.

7. Liability

  • Delays: TPMR Maroc SARL cannot be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as traffic accidents, extreme weather, or police roadblocks.
  • Insurance: All passengers are covered by professional civil liability insurance as required by Moroccan law for tourist transportation.

8. Data Protection (Law 09-08)

Your personal data (name, phone number, and flight details) are processed solely for the purpose of providing the transportation service. This processing is declared to the CNDP.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute relating to a transportation service provided in Morocco shall be submitted to the Commercial Court of Agadir.
